Stress refers to the feeling of emotional strain and pressure that comes from feeling threats to the overall quality of your life. While a little stress is often a good thing, too much stress over a long period of time can lead to many different health problems, both physical and mental This inventory is intended to screen you for many of the symptoms commonly associated with chronic stress but it cannot be used for diagnostic purposes. Each item can be scored from 1 meaning totally disagree to 7 meaning totally agree. Only endorse those symptoms you recall experiencing in the PAST WEEK.
