His scope of knowledge is derived from the constant integration of diverse sources, including genomics, proteomics, biochemical and biological research.

is a double-board certified Family Medicine doctor, specializing in Women’s Health. She is the owner and Medical Director of Advanced Family Wellness in Olympia Washington, and is recognized as a leader in the emerging science of Metabolic Medicine.
Dr. Kather is co-author (with her husband, Stephen Cherniske) of The Metabolic Makeover (Altea Media, 2014).
