How do I create a custom goal?

  1. From the Home screen tap on the Market icon on the tab bar
  2. On the Market screen tap on the Create your own goal icon
  3. Follow step-by-step instructions for creating a goal

How do I create a custom schedule for a goal?

  1. Tap Custom… on the schedule while creating a task for a custom goal
  2. Select specific dates
  3. Set specific time for selected days
  4. Tap Done on the top right corner once you finish creating your custom schedule

What is a tracking task?

A tracking task is an action task that can be measured and compared with other tracking tasks. For example, a symptom can be measured and compared to a habit. Healthcraft allows to create a tracking task within a goal or independently via Track section of the app. Tracking different entities and comparing them can lead to important insights about your health and provide your personalized health patterns, correlations and dependencies.

How to create a custom tracking?

There are two ways to create a custom tracking

First way is through the track icon on the tab bar.
  1. Tap on the track icon on the tab bar
  2. Tap on any Type
  3. Add Type
  4. Tap on Create a new (chosen type) at the bottom
  5. Enter Title
  6. Choose Measure parameters
  7. Tap Create on the top right corner

The second way is through creating a custom goal.

  1. When creating a task Tracking task should be ON
  2. Choose Type
  3. Tap on Tracking
  4. Tap on Create a new (chosen type) at the bottom
  5. Enter Title
  6. Choose Measure parameters
  7. Tap Create on the top right corner

Can I delete my custom goal?

Goals can only be suspended. You can suspend any purchased goal by following these steps:
  1. Inside the goal, tap on the More options icon
  2. Tap Suspend to change the goal status

How to use the Analytics section?

All your analytics is available in the Analytics tab bar. Tracking different items continuously helps to have more things that you can compare to see patterns, correlations and have interesting insights.

Where can I see the history of my goals?

  1. From the Journal screen, tap on the Your history icon
  2. Tap on a specific goal
  3. From there, you will be able to see the goal history

How do I add a supervisor?

  1. From the Home screen tap on the Profile icon on the right top corner
  2. Tap on My supervisors
  3. Tap on Add a new supervisor
  4. Enter email address of your supervisor
  5. Tap on Send invite

Note: it’s up to your supervisor to accept the invitation and review your health information.

How do I delete my account?

  1. From the Home screen tap on the Profile icon on the right top corner
  2. Tap on Account settings
  3. Scroll all the way down where you’ll see Deactivate your account
  4. Tap on Deactivate your account
  5. Tap on Delete account
  6. Enter your password
  7. Confirm that you’d like to delete your account

Note: once your account is deleted, the information won’t be restored.

If you want to delete your account from your phone only, just delete the app and install it on a new phone you wish to use HealthCraft on.

How do I update my account details?

Note: don't forget to save your changes!
  1. From the Home screen tap on the Profile icon on the right top corner
  2. From there, you will be able to add, update or view personal information, health information, account settings and your supervisors.

How can I reset the password on my account?

  1. From the Home screen tap on the Profile icon on the right top corner
  2. Tap on Account settings
  3. Tap on Password
  4. Tap on Forgot password
  5. Tap on Reset password
  6. Then follow the instructions from the email you receive

How do I download my data from the app?

  1. From the Home screen tap on the Profile icon on the right top corner
  2. Tap on Account settings
  3. Tap on Download your health data
  4. Enter your email address
  5. Tap on Next
  6. Enter your password
  7. Tap on Next
  8. We will send you an email with a link of your data when it’s ready to be downloaded

Are there any discounts for people in need?

We keep prices at affordable rates for all, as we believe everyone deserves to have a healthier life. If you want all content for free, you can ask your insurance company to include HealthCraft into the coverage. We work with insurance companies at the moment to make it happen.

Can I get a refund for a purchased goal?

If for some reason you want a refund, your can request it via the store you bought it on. However, the refund will make you unable to use the purchased item. The system will delete it from your purchases. Make sure you don’t want to use the item before requesting a refund for it.

What currencies do you accept?

We do not process payments. All purchases go through Apple store or Google play (depending which one you use). They accept most currencies.

How do I get the newest version of HealthCraft app?

You can update HealthCraft as any mobile application on your phone in App Store or Google Play market on your phone.
